Bookkeeper, Virtual Assistant

- Collect semi-monthly time sheets of employees. - Prepare employees’ compensation. - Calculate bonuses and allowances. - Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes deductions.

- Process payroll. - Handles bank reconciliation.

- Identify the right prospects / potential clients for heavy equipment rental in the assigned area / sector. Then approach them professionally in order to close the deal. - Maintain & develop excellent relationship with existing clients as well as new ones. - Communicate with the potential & existing clients verbally, by mail and over the phone in order to ensure a smooth running of the selling cycle. - Arrange clients visit / meetings in order to gain in-depth understanding for their needs. - Analyze & identify the clients needs and then try to present them the most appropriate solutions.

- Manage schedules and deadlines. - Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. - Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. - Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities
