I am a recent graduate holding a degree in Psychology actively seeking a part-time role to effectively utilize my available time. I am a quick learner, hardworking, and adept at finding solutions. I recognize the importance of completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately. Drawing from my one year and seven months of experience as a customer service representative, I am committed to applying the skills and knowledge gained in this new opportunity.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Despite having only a limited background in recruiting professionals for the U.S. market, I've quickly grasped the intricacies of the process and effectively fulfilled my responsibilities. I possess experience in conducting interviews for healthcare professionals, have become well-versed in the common medical terminology, gained a deep understanding of job descriptions, researched salary ranges based on experience, and, perhaps most importantly, I've cultivated the skill of attentively listening to the unique narratives of each candidate I've had the privilege of interviewing. Furthermore, one of the things I've done most of my time were diligently adding candidates in the talent pool, utilized our ATS or applicant tracking system. My job mainly includes sourcing of potential candidates, screening of resumes, posting job adverts, and reach out more people for more chances of hires as this job is also considered as a sales job.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I successfully managed a daily workload of around 60 customers, simultaneously providing efficient, accurate, and empathetic assistance. This showcases my adeptness at managing a significant workload while ensuring each customer's needs are met. To maintain this level of performance, I continually worked on improving my multitasking skills, staying well-informed about the products or services, and consistently demonstrating empathy in customer interactions.
Experience: Less than 6 months
