I'm a Technical Support and Customer Service specialist with 10 years of experience providing phone, email and live chat support for customers across the US and other parts of the world for all businesses of all sizes.
I provide top quality support for various issues related to setting up internet connections, anti-virus software, email, general hardware and software and much more. I am efficient in implementing upgrades of software and have developed new support processes for fast-growing teams.
I am very experienced with using MS Office, Google Suite and internet and I am eager to learn to use any new tools that would get the job done well for you and your team.
I got a long term job with Microsoft Xbox and Microsoft Surface handling live chats, inbound calls and inquiries, sending email and make follow-ups, doing billing and troubleshooting.
