I have been working for the last 5 years in a General Admin / Technical Support role for a US company I have also 6 years of experience collectively working as a customer service and technical support from different accounts. I even worked as an IT Helpdesk abroad for a year.
Below are the tasks I am doing for General Admin.
- Creating estimates/quotes/PO for various orders
- Generating invoice- Data Entry- Doing collections and posting payments.- Updating/tracking/following up on orders from different suppliers- Organizing documents in google drive.- Scheduling calendar meetings- Updating sales queue daily and do follow up on their status.- Trained new customers via google meet on how to use our software/products.- Client meetings- Doing weekly and monthly sales reports- Doing daily meetings about production and weekly clients meeting- Doing marketing calls with our CEO and marketing team- Generating reports
I also have experience working for a manufacturing company, 5 months in URC as an operator and 2 years as a boiler operator for Trust International Paper Corporation.
I also have basic programming knowledge in Turbo C, C++, Pascal, Visual Basic, Python, and MySQL. My scope of work usually covers these responsibilities and more.
