Profile Description

I’ve been in BPO industry for more than 5 years. Telecommunication, I am assisting customers with their concern, troubleshooting, resolving issues like their network, and sales. I had an experience with car and home warranty as well wherein we’re catering inbound calls for clients which are looking for technicians for their appliances. Currently, I am working as a data representative in a Insurance company. We’re soliciting quotes for insureds, sending documents for signatures, communicating with them thru email, editing, copy and paste information, preparing invoice and certificate of insurance. For this hardwork, I got certificates for having the best productivity, attendance and quality.
