We we're the ones who post jobs via indeed, jooble, ziprecruiter etc. to attract candidates and we're the ones who make sure if the candidates are qualified, we screen them, interview them, handle their documents, submit those to the facilities and handle their timesheets antil their term or when they decide to move to another facility. Inshort we made sure they trust us not just their recruiter but as their friend as well. It's important to build rappor with the candidates.
