Profile Description

• Prepare presentation slides for brand launching with all the product details (sizes, variations, and colors etc.) open marketplaces, star rating reviews for the past 6 months, contact drivers and warranty policy coverage.
• Account health clearing (checking and escalating negative customer experience to the Brand Manager, Product listing violations like Product compliance (Restricted products), Safety and labeling (Food Safety and Compliance), Content
and listing (Adult products)
• Handling negative product reviews (removal and case creation)
• Handle customer product inquiries and order issues for replacement/refund through FB chats, emails and phone calls
• Handle ASIN tiering task
• Handle high alert task – (clearing of potential policy listing violation and buy box hijackers)
• Tools have been handled are as follows:
o Automation: Zapier
o Amazon Alert Tracking: Sentrykit, Bindwise
o Amazon Specific tools: Seller Central, Helium10, Viral Launch
