Profile Description

Provide comprehensive administrative, logistics, and customer support for a fast-paced courier and delivery business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards. Manage client, driver, and partner communications through WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Grasshopper, and HubSpot CRM, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, order updates, issue resolution, and service coordination.

Oversee dispatch operations, scheduling, route planning, and delivery tracking using ---------- , Shipday, and Circuit to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate closely with drivers, third-party couriers, and express shipping providers to monitor shipments, resolve delays, and maintain service-level expectations.

Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and bookkeeping functions through QuickBooks, including monitoring transactions via Chase business accounts and ScanPay. Maintain accurate records, process orders, prepare documentation, and support reporting and operational workflows using Google Workspace.

Manage the company’s online presence and customer engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and WhatsApp Business by responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, managing reviews, and maintaining professional communication. Contribute to brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth through proactive support and relationship management.
