Preparing and implementing project plans.
Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
