For a call management business to succeed, effective communication is essential. You will need to actively listen to callers, ask probing questions to understand their problems, and clearly express solutions in your role as a call center agent. As a former Customer Service Representative, we were trained to multitask and be effective as we can be. And I believe I can use this on Social Media Management as they have a little bit similarities in terms of better communication.
