Dear Hiring Manager,

This is in reference to the Executive Virtual Assistant post which I would like to be considered. I have over 10 years of cumulative work experience in different areas – customer service, administrative assistance, technical support and recruitment. 

I have listed below my skills set and experiences that have developed my career and my personality.
 
Office and Administration - I was the Branch Manager of a Telecommunications store for four years and I supervised its operations from employee management to sales and marketing. 

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - I was a Recruiter for almost three years and I supported our North America sites in conducting initial phone interview. I had eight people in my team and we communicated with applicants over the phone and via e-mail. I also retrieved voice mail messages and handled live chat sessions with our applicants who visited our website.  

People and Team Management - I worked in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for two years as an Administrative Assistant and Executive Secretary of my Portuguese and French superiors and I also interacted with different nationalities within the department like Bangladeshi, Indians,Pakistanis, Nepalese, and Turkish.     

Learning and Development - I was a Floorwalker in the call center where I assisted my co-agents in providing technical support to customers who experienced internet connectivity issues. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, I trained new hires and gave them orientation about their job. 

Customer Service – I spent my first five years as an employee dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face. I was able to hone my customer service skills when I worked in a call center managing tickets and irate callers. I also managed customer inquiries via email and chats when I started working from home.   

Social Media - I can make and schedule posts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram using relevant hashtags for photos and videos. For Instagram, we can use Canva and Grum. I can also reply to messages on Facebook so we can establish a timely interaction with people.

I am well above average in written and spoken English. I am a fast learner and I am a type of person who loves challenges and wants to learn and do new things for my betterment. Please see the attached resume for your reference and I look forward to talking to you soon.
