I have been a service desk analyst for more than 2 years now and our main goal is to assist associates with their concerns specifically with the tools they use. We use knowledge based articles as our guide in troubleshooting and do research on our own as well. With that, I can say that I have developed my analytical skills and adaptability very well. I worked with business owners who uses Microsoft and whenever they encounter issues with any of their Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive and others, I troubleshoot with them. I am also familiar with Citrix as this is the environment we use.
