As a Senior Manager, I assume both traditional managerial duties and a specialized role in shaping our company’s online presence. My responsibilities extend beyond routine management tasks to include strategic oversight of our social media initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: I have been entrusted with overseeing our company’s Facebook account. This involves curating content, engaging with our audience, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I contribute to the development of impactful social media posts. These predominantly focus on job openings and recruitment efforts. Marketing Campaigns: I conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our ESL job advertisements, training programs, and events. From ideation to implementation, I am involved in every stage of campaign execution. Creative Content Development: Crafting visually appealing ad designs is a core aspect of my role. I strive to create eye-catching content that resonates with our target audience. Whether it’s a job posting or an event announcement, I ensure our messaging aligns with our brand identity. Performance Optimization: Regularly monitoring campaign performance metrics, I analyze data to identify areas for improvement. My goal is to maximize results, enhance engagement, and attract valuable talent to our organization.

I worked as a Senior Manager in an ESL company for nearly 4 years. One of the responsibilities given to me was to be the spearhead of the strategic workforce planning for Home-based ESL Teachers. My role has involved overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. After successfully establishing the Home-based ESL Hiring and Teachers, I was also given the responsibility of prospecting, assessment, and Contract Issuance for third party subcontractors. These subcontractors are Center Owners who owns working spaces and are looking to get a partnership with ESL and BPO Companies and provide them with qualified employees. I was able to sign 7 Centers and was able to provide a combined workforce of more than 200 employees.
