I have already built a solid foundation in the field and I am looking to build on that, with your team.· For the past 9 years, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative with a team of CSRs, being accountable for customer service, sales, and account management. I've been the escalation point for service issues that require elevated decision-making to maintain both company brand and customer happiness. My performance in problem-solving has been recognized. I consistently meet or exceed work expectations.
