I have been with the BPO industry for more than 7 years with 4 of those years dedicated to Outbound Sales.
I handled various accounts that cater to the United States, UK, and Canada for Telco accounts that sells services such as Cable TV, Internet, Mobile Phone, and Home Security.
My role has involved initiating outbound calls to potential clients and identifying sales opportunities. This process has required the use of targeted questioning to guide clients toward recognizing the necessity for our services.
I am proud to say that I am a consistent producer so I've had the honor of being recognized as a top performer for the year in my role as an Outbound Sales Representative.
