I worked with DoorDash, a food delivery service, where in I assist guest through chat support . I strictly follow the rules provided in our manuals on how to handle customers concern especially when crediting. If no resolution is provided, I use my best judgement making sure that customer is well accommodated without hurting the business. With this type of job, I know that crediting or compensating the customer is not always the answer to their concern but proper knowledge and explanation.

I worked with Intercontinental Hotels Group where in I make reservations for guest and also make sure I am knowledgeable about the hotel I am representing. I always execute credible hotel presence by responding to guest queries right away about their hotel concerns. My dual quoting skills can definitely help in making a sale using my best judgement on which will benefit the guest according to the information they provide and really it to what they actually need. I also believe that low price is not always the best price. I can show my salesmanship by providing the best rate making sure that I meet the targets required by my employer at the same time, having the guest realize on why I am quoting a higher rate instead of providing the lowest rate right away.

I manage a web portal that offers assessment and treatment for children who are demonstrating disruptive behaviors. My responsibility on my last VA was to make sure that the service logs and appointment notes of the Registered Behavioral Technicians are signed and completed. After reviewing the logs and notes, I manually enter the information in the Medicaid Portal to ensure that the correct amount are billed to the clients' insurance and the RBT's are getting the right amount for their salary. I also check the clients file to ensure that the medical coding I entered are accurate. After billing, I create a spreadsheet where the dates of the appointment, hours rendered, units and amounts are compiled and send it to my employer. I also upload important document and files sent to my employer's email in the company website. I also send reminders to the RBTs if there are requirements that were not met. I also have an experience in navigating the EQ Health Portal to check the approved units of the clients. I received recognition for doing my best and making sure that I lessen the work of my employer and all tasks provided are done.
