Hi, My name is Ian Muñez and I have a degree from The University of Southeastern Philippines with a major in Hospitality Management. I am a competitive customer service representative with a total of five years of experience. I worked in some prestigious call centers and BPOs in the Philippines. I handled American and Chinese companies. I worked with a few accounts AliExpress, WesternUnion, Uber, DoorDash, and Meta-Facebook.
With my experience and interest in Customer Service, I am confident that I can provide excellent customer service. I excel at working under tight deadlines with high expectations. I possess the self-discipline and time management skills necessary to have served as a successful employee for the past five years. I have extensive experience in Customer Service, Email Support, Chat Support, Inbound, and Outbound calls, and as a Content Moderator as well. The software that I used before was Zendesk, Google Meetup, SalesForce, Aircall, Microsoft Office and Teams, CRM, and RingCentral.
I firmly believe that I would be the perfect candidate for this Upgrade to see actual infot only because I have the necessary skills which are needed for this job. Also, I love to do this job with more enthusiasm than others. I will find ways to grow myself in this organization by providing value to the job which I am assigned for. I will look for an opportunity everywhere to outperform my peers. Finally, on one fine day in the future, I will happily lead a team to take on more and more new responsibilities to grow the business.
