I am an open-minded individual with proven track record of 29 years in Computer field. I have strong Technical skills as well as excellent Interpersonal skills. I am eager to be challenged in order to grow and improve my communication and professional IT skills gained through previous experience in the IT sector and professionally make use of my newly acquired degree for another career venture.
I have been employed overseas for 13 years in Healthcare sector as Helpdesk Analyst where I received several notable accomplishments, awards and achievements. During those years, I temporarily took over two positions at the same time (Administrative support and Web Content Coordinator) in the Associate Executive Director's office where I have shown my adaptability and flexibility. Upon assuming these roles, my admiration to do it with interest and passion ---------- w, I am establishing my forte in Business Administration work as HR Admin.
I am a degree holder for Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Development Management and also a graduate of Diploma in Computer Programming. I have fluency in verbal and written English and basic conversational Arabic. My typing speed is at least 53 wpm depending on the file source.
I have Course Completion Certificates for ILFN: ITIL v3: Service Management Foundation, IT Business Process Management, A+ Core Hardware and Security +. Moreover, I am competent in Active Directory and the use of Microsoft Office 365.
Also, well versed using SAP- Oracle ERP.
I love to work remotely and hope I could find one where I can share my thoughts and expertise.
