MARKETING TASK:
• Coordinate with the client for Proposal of Equipment Rental and Bookings
-> Once approved with the Client, fill up the Client's Info sheet
and photo copy of valid ID’s
-> Payments 1st before Delivery of the Equipment
• If the payments Received, Deposit to Treasurers department
• Handling and Monitoring of Petty Cash - Allowances for operator's expenses
DATA ENTRY TASK:
• Encoding work order entry, work order approval, additional spare / labor
• Check Daily Equipment Utilization Report
• Compute the total manning hours for billing
• Encode the Daily Equipment Utilization Report (DEUR) to I-One system to generate file for accounting purpose
• Check delivery receipt and compute the total hours of Delivery Receipt (DR)
• Billing entry for approval
• Forward documents transactions that is needed by accounting number
• Perform Office Administration such sorting documents and proper filing
• Answers telephone calls in a right manner
• Assist in Logistics operation in booking and dispatching
• Coordinates with other clients the other details of the operations.
LOGISTICS/BOOKINGS
• Assists Equipment Logistics & Rentals booking in-charge on Vehicle & Equipment Reservations and dispatching
