As a customer support, I got to know more about Freshdesk. I also went through different trainings that honed my skills to professionally address the concerns of customers from different countries.

As an English tutor for 9 years, one of my main tasks is documenting my students' progress and class evaluation. I also transcribe what they say from our class. As a customer support, specializing in emails, data entry is one of my main tasks. Thus, my typing skills and accuracy should be sufficient.

I have been using the English language both verbal and written at work. I have been speaking and teaching this language to students for 8 years and as a customer support for almost 1 year.

MS Excel is a friendly tool for educators, I always use this for work documentation, and reports, to organize my materials for class, and to store data needed at work.

I have been using MS Word for 9 years, mostly for doing reports needed at work.

I use this tool to make written evaluations, and documentation materials on Google Forms. Moreover, we use it for training and self-evaluation activities. Lastly, I personally prefer to use to organize my data at work.
