Handles payables processing, including recording, check preparation, and releasing. 3. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation. 4. Act as custodian of cash on hands, including Petty Cash Fund and Revolving Fund. Function includes monitoring, replenishment and recording of expenses. 5. In charge of BIR Filing and payments, including Expanded Withholding Tax, VAT and Alpha Listing of suppliers. 6. Coordinates with the banks. 7. Ensure proper filing of vouchers and BIR Filings.
