Profile Description

I have been hired by several companies as a freelancer doing marketing, sales and administrative tasks. I helped them in ensuring that their customers were satisfied through immediately responding to customers' issues and concerns through online tools and ticketing systems, live chat tool or via email! Through my freelance career, I became very familiar with different cloud-base software which I believe are very important with being a freelancer! I am very well adept with customer service processes such as responding to customer complaints, assisting them with their system issues and processing orders!
For the past 6 years I have been employed in a busy role where I am required to monitor account progress, maintain high-level client relationship and ensure employee satisfaction. Furthermore I would like to state that I am keen to join a winning team and reputable company like yours, where I will be able to develop useful skills that will be of great value to me later on in my career.
I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels. My present employer is very satisfied with my work rate, and I am confident that I can bring the same level of high performance to your company.
My strengths include, but are not limited to the following; A motivated self-starter who takes the initiative, and who can work with minimal supervision. Being committed to providing a superior service to any company I work for. Fully computer literate with extensive software knowledge and proficiency covering a wide variety of applications.
