Thank you for taking the time to check my profile. Here are some of my skills and strengths that I gave and can offer. A self-motivated, well organized, efficient and effective professional. I believe that the key to success is to be well motivated, be determined, be a quick learner and learn from experienced professional.
I currently work as a part-time Operations Specialist for a Melbourne, Australia-based travel company called Inspiring Vacations. Since I'm working from home, this is a significant adjustment for me in a good manner. I am able to acquire new things and skills on my own because I have a lot of spare time. I confirm tour reservations, handle tour paperwork and revisions, work with suppliers, and process invoices as part of my job. Occasionally, depending on the workload that is assigned to us, I also deal with content management systems. Hubspot, ZenDesk, Perseus, Click-up and Microsoft Office applications like spreadsheets, Outlook, etc. are some of the tools I utilize at this organization.
I have started working since I was in college to be able to have a little bit of edge with other fresh graduates. There are several benefits to being a working student, including developing the time management skills necessary for academic success, gaining work-related experience as I define my goals, and developing the abilities and self-assurance.
I applied for a managerial role as soon as I received my diploma in order to position myself for a Master's in Business Administration. I was hired by a restaurant as a management trainee (Army Navy Burger Inc.). Although it was first difficult for me to manage workers who were tenured and significantly older than I was, we were able to work well together via open communication and an appreciation of their perspectives. Due to my prior experience as a working student, the fast-paced setting was the same. With the increased workload and decision-making, I was perfectly capable of adjusting. These includes handling shifts, handling customer complaints, conduct shift huddles and delegating tasks for a smooth ---------- less than a year, I received a promotion to Shift Manager due to my continuously strong performance. As a result, I was allowed greater discretion in making decisions and was given more work in the office. As part of my duties, I had to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecast stock needs, order supplies, mentor new hires by serving as an example, and help the restaurant manager with overall reporting. Being a shift manager allowed me to gain additional insight into the company's business strategy. The difficult decisions that the team, the shop, and the management must make.
