Profile Description

I spearheaded the Administrative and Finance Department of a start-up local company here in the Philippines. As an Administrative officer, I establish company policy, rules and regulations; contracts of employees; 201 file maintenance; assist in the recruitment and other administrative duties such as scheduling of monthly board meetings.As head of the finance Department, I establish an accounting system, transaction flow, payroll verification, Check payments to Suppliers, monitors account receivable/collections, Bank reconciliation, financial statement reports (Income Statement and Balance Sheet.I also used to handle the Logistic operation of a multinational company, monitor deliveries, Invoice transmittal report, manage customer queries and complaints, work closely with Sales team to meet commitment and achieve customer satisfaction.                                                                                                                            As Lead for the regional center of an ecommerce company, I helped the company in starting up it's operation in Negros, Western Visayas. I handle Hub and Regional Sorting Center Operation.  I ensure that customer orders reach them fast by reducing buyer's waiting time to a minimum, ensure that productivity target is achieved, etc.
