Hi! I’m Monica, an Executive Assistant with experience in customer support, social media marketing, and helping manage daily business operations.

For the past several years, I’ve been helping run our family business where I handle customer inquiries, social media posting, scheduling, coordinating orders, and other day-to-day tasks to help keep the business organized and running smoothly.

Through this experience, I learned how important communication, patience, and being organized really are when working with customers and supporting a business.
