I've been working in different facets of Human Resources for years now. HR-Employee Relations to a workforce agency, my role was to serve a Notice to explain to those who violated the company rules and regulations. I conducted an admin hearing where I took time to listen to the other side of the story. I also served the final decision to the employee as to either suspend or terminate them. On the other hand, if there's any case in DOLE that the employee filed. In addition, I worked as a Virtual Assistant- Payroll Coordinator at Mysource Solutions, where I collected and verified employee and timekeeping data, evaluated computed wages for accuracy, and documented and organized employee files and payroll transactions. In addition, I was assisting clients with their needs now and then.
