Hi! I am Upgrade to see actual info. I worked as a Medical Secretary for 3 years and an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for 2years. I gain knowledge in setting appointments for the patients to the doctor, handle incoming calls, organize records, send emails, confirUpgrade to see actual infoetings, update the records and files, at times I also make outgoing calls, manage the inventory, and maintain the directory. In addition, my husband have a small digital printing business and I help him from time to time in posting them on other platforms to make more sales, I also process the orders of our customers, make new designs in Photoshop and Canva to give our customers more designs to choose from.

I am a Social Media platforms user such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin, Snapchat, Telegram, and WeChat. As I have mentioned, I have knowledge in using Photoshop and Canva for editing as well.  I am proficient in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point, and Google Docs too.

Furthermore, I am a positive thinker, I always expect and think of better results for myself and the people around me. I am resilient, even if I stumble I stand back up again. Time management is important to me too as  I want to achieve my goal quickly to make room for more projects to do. I am adaptable, flexible, open for collaboration, a good listener, and open-minded.
