Profile Description

As an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant for 7 years, I offer A-Z Amazon services including but not limited to the following projects/tasks:

1. Product Research
Conduct product research on several products across several niches that is not saturated with other sellers but has high ROI and a good profit margin.

2. Product Sourcing
Sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes from them. Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

3. Pre-shipping Inspection
For quality control purposes, a pre-shipping inspection will be conducted after the production period to ensure that there are no damages, missing parts, and that the quality of the product passes the standard requirement. I will coordinate between the independent inspection company and the supplier in scheduling the inspection and will secure a copy of each report for review and filing.

4. Logistics and Shipment
Prepare shipping details and send a shipping quote request to the 3PL company. Create FBA shipments via Amazon Seller Central and provide the shipping labels to either the supplier or 3PL agent before shipment. Consistently monitor the movement of the shipment until it reaches the destination.

5. Listing Optimization
Create a scratch listing for new products and as well as check existing listings and make sure that they are optimized by adding high-ranking keywords in each section (title, key product features or bullet points, product description, and backend of the listing). Work with a professional graphic designer and/or photographer to ensure the product images are high-quality and compelling to shoppers. Assist in enrolling in the Brand Registry program to be eligible for A+ content listing and advanced PPC ads.

6. Keyword Research
Perform keyword research by using tools such as Helium 10 and filter the high-ranking and most relevant keywords and add them to product listings and PPC campaigns for maximum visibility and sales.

7. Product Launch and Marketing
Offer different marketing strategies and methods on how to launch a new product. Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns in advertising the product. Provide weekly and monthly PPC reports and continuously work on improving PPC KPIs.

8. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
Manage inventory levels to avoid supply shortages and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to either local US warehouse or Amazon fulfillment center.

9. Customer Support Management
Respond to customer messages, feedback, and complaints. Issue refunds and replacements. Reply to negative product reviews, and manage after-sales emails to ensure customer satisfaction and customer engagement.

10. Account Management
Check account health status and IPI daily to ensure that the seller account is not at risk of any suspension or that there are no Amazon policies being violated. Open and manage Amazon cases and note down solutions provided for future reference.
