I have gained five years of experience in the call center industry, working in various sectors such as sales, retail, hospitality, e-commerce, technical support, and telecommunications. I have previously worked with companies such as Airbnb, Apple, Samsung, Comcast and At & t. Some of the examples of my previous work are:

- Responding to 80-100 email inquiries per day from customers who wanted to know more about the products and services

- Answering a high volume of inbound calls from customers who had questions or issues with their orders, deliveries, or payments. I also followed up with customers by doing outbound calls to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Providing live chat support to customers who needed assistance with using a web-based application. I used a chatbot to handle common queries and direct customers to the appropriate resources. I also escalated complex or urgent cases to the technical team or the supervisor.
