I do have a lot of knowledge related to computer and I consider my self as techsavvy. As a graduate of a Tertiary course of Computer Hardware Servicing I can Troubleshoot/fix computer problems but not just that I also have knowledge when it comes to Customer Service and Content Moderation from a 5 years BPO Industry experience. A 3 years experience being Chat support in one of the largest E-Commerce Website in the world and almost 2 years as Content Moderator in a third party provider to one of the top Social Media Website in the world.
