Cost control / Admin assistant / Inventory accountant

 Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.  Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)  Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.  Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.  Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified.  Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, possessing the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks

After pandemic, our company (SBMEI) is slowly going back to normal operation and I have been assigned as an Administrative Assistant and Cost Control of our Food and Beverage department. My first accomplishment is that I updated the product costing and pricing and present the profit margin to the board. After that, I perform reconciliation and consolidation of the entire F&B stocks. I briefed all of the admin staff of F&B regarding our monthly report and step by step procedures of reconciliation.
