Profile Description

I am currently working at Alorica as talent acquisition specialist .Mainly, I’m assign with the recruitment team as a sourcer. Im in charge with the pre screening interviews of our applicants in North America.
Before working with Alorica. I was a CSA account analyst with SM Development Corporation for 4 years.
I handled billings and collections concerns. Like extension of due date, processing of penalty charges and of course a lot of complaints about our clients payments matters.
At the same time i also handled inquiries regarding documentations such as contract to sell, condominium certificate of title and tax declaration and real property tax and a lot more.
And a little skip tracing service where we procsess newly reserved accounts. We get to validate clients information to assure that we capture the right details since it will be stated to their contract to sell. Besides that, i get to handle tickets as we call it or reports for skip tracing account. Basically im the one in charged to process tickets for accounts with intention to cancel or dialed wrong numbers because we make tickets in every calls that we handle so i was in charged to review those tickets of other agents for endorsement to the concerned departments for further evaluation.
