I've worked in the industry for almost 10 years now.
As a customer service representative, We serve as a crucial point of contact for our clients, by offering information on our services as well as accurately, quickly, and enthusiastically resolving any problems they may have encountered.
I am a detail-oriented team player who is also proficient in organizing. My positive mentality enables me to assess problems and offer suggestions or comments that might help them get resolved.
I have worked as a team leader and was able to manage and nurture talents.
I was also able to do some recruiting as part of the task of the team leader.
I have also helped with rewriting and revising the knowledge base based on the new process or changes within the companies process and procedure
I've worked hand in hand to assist and train new hires within the team.
I've used Zendesk and web base tools, and communicated through Slack and Gmail.
I am proficient in using google docs and sheet work on a report or presentation.
My goal is to provide an excellent customer service experience to clients and my employer.
