•Managing inbound sales calls, customer inquiries, and complaints, and making outbound calls.
•Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, conducting research, and offering solutions or alternatives.
•Coordinating viewings for our buyers and scheduling them with our clients accordingly
•Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Arrange meetings, calls, and other communication as necessary.
•Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
