I am a versatile and talented young lady who is determined to have a successful VA career after years of working for outstanding BPO companies in the Philippines. I aim to be one of the best Virtual worker by continuous learning, enhancement of skills and never giving up on myself. I am willing to unlearn and learn new skills to give the best quality of service to my employer.

I am a Registered Radiologic Technologist in profession. I have 4 years of  Tertiary Hospital experience. My job includes handling cancer patients, scheduling patient for various procedures, billing insurance company for patient procedure costs, assisting Doctors in typing results, filing of patient records, training and teaching RadTech Interns/students, medical receptionist.

I am also an experienced Customer Service Representative for 6 years now. I have been part of some large US based companies like Verizon Wireless, Aetna, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Iron Mountain and Century Link/Lumen. My job is to handle inbound calls, emails and chats from customers and business partners. I also do upselling of products, devices, plans and insurance for these companies.

I am an experienced Technical Support Representative for 2 years under Telco accounts like Verizon and Lumen. I do basic troubleshooting steps with the customers remotely. I am familiar with the common technical issues of High Speed Internet(HSI), Plain Old Telephone Service(POTS) and Voice over IP(VOIP) devices. I am familiar in creating Dispatch tickets as well if necessary.

I am fluent in English both written and verbal. I am an expert in handling difficult situations based on customer concerns and always being given commendations as feedback. I am also great in admin tasks like filing, aswering calls, chats, sending emails, creating excel files, microsoft word, google office.

I can be trusted with medical related jobs like typing/encoding results, understanding medical terminologies, billing insurance companies, reviewing medical records, appointment setting and many more. I do have 3 years experience in Nuclear Medicine Department and Radiotherapy. I am also knowledgeable in Xray, Ultrasound and CT scan departments. I can translate, write, encode, type any medical related documents.

Lastly, I am also open for projects that may use my voice talent like voice over, translation or dubbing.
