E-commerce Work Description Experiences:
- Knowledge with QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Online and Acumatica
- Manage and maintain financial records in QuickBooks Desktop/QB online
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via email (Zoho mail/Gmail)
- Prepare customers' orders and email to packing department
- Prepare and issue client invoices with shipping details
- Post the payments received from the customer and match in the bank
- Follow up on payments and invoices, maintaining a professional and proactive approach.
- Record the Purchases as Inventory (cash or payable)
- Accounts Payable (Vendors)  
– Post expenses, match AP bills to payments, attach receipts.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Create Invoice in Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central  in QB
- Create an invoice in eBay and match the payout - QuickBooks Bank Feeds (Wells Fargo, AMEX, PayPal, Bank of America)
– everyday post transactions to the correct accounts
- Post journal entries, maintain chart of accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Splitting accounts if needed like interest expense and principal account
- Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records.
- Reporting – Review and prepare monthly financial statements and annual reporting
- Providing support to the Accounting Department
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing receipts and Invoices, data entry, and processing the email
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software.
