Prior to my promotion, I was a virtual assistant for a third party freight logistics company. My tasks were to communicate with clients to earn more business via email/phone calls, set up freight shipments, tracking and tracing, documents retrieval such as Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, shipment quotes, create multiple reports, follow-ups (calls/emails to carriers) and answer inquiries to clients (email/calls) and more depends on the client's needs. I am overly familiar with LinkedIn, Social Media sourcing as well as use other platforms to find emails and as a last resort, use advanced search techniques via Google which requires an added verification process. Furthermore, I have previous extensive experience in scraping websites and data analytics.
I have more than 7 years experience in the BPO industry, handling all kinds of different accounts, not only as a rank and file personnel but as part of the management team. This is what gives me the edge over most freelancers. I am an experienced customer service representative and technical support representative who has worked with various international accounts that include directory assistance, telecommunication, and financial software installation assistance. I have not only provided support over the phone but also part of the support group for several years as a Team Leader and a Language and Product Trainer. I work fast with accuracy and take the time to review my own work so my clients achieve their desired end result. Furthermore, I am very particular with process which assures both quality and efficiency. I also take the time to communicate regularly with my clients to ensure project calibration and be able to resolve challenges immediately.
