> Experienced Virtual Assistant with specialized skills in Short term rentals, data entry, Email Management, Bookings, Apartment Reservations and/or listings. 
> Manages reservation, complaints, in addition to handling the transition of guests moving in and out of the vacation/ rental home.
> Handles other platforms: Airbnb, Homeaway, VRBO, and Upgrade to see actual info
> Maintain guest communications: Send regular emails to guests through  Airbnb and email using communication templates and in a timely manner.
> Handles inbound and outbound calls pertaining to guests concerns, reservations, and payments.
> Knowledgeable with pricing change, calendar checking, sending reviews, creating and updating listings.
> Coordinate Cleanings: Schedule house cleanings on Google Sheets, Guesty tasks and Breezeway . Coordinate cleanings with house cleaners.
> Coordinate maintenance: Schedule maintenance workers to keep units working (electrical, plumbing, appliances, etc.)
> Manages and creates client monthly invoice.
> Competent with a range of current technologies like Asana, Breezeway, Streamline, Tokeet, YourPorter, Guesty, Uplisting, Rentals United, PriceLabs, Wunderlist, Slack, Trello, Skype, Front, Whatsapp, Google sheets, Google Drive, Ms Word, Excel, Hangouts and Zoom applications.
> Order missing items and supplies: Order and send requested household items from Upgrade to see actual info to guests
> Expand Marketing: Post Airbnb listings on other websites like craigslist, HomeAway/VRBO, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
> Conducts cold calling for business development.
