I am an organized individual, a capable and self-motivated virtual assistant with exceptional skills and 5 years of successful experience. For the past 5 years,  I worked as a business and personal virtual assistant to multiple entrepreneurs in different business areas. I also worked as a customer service and technical support representative with one of the largest BPO companies for over 3 years. 
Working as a virtual assistant is something I'm very interested in. I was working with an agency for over 2 years and transitioned to freelancing. I do everything I can to better my skills and my work.
To add that, I have a degree of BSIT major in Computer Technology and I am well-versed in technology. I have a fast internet connection and I am proficient in working at home.

- Email  and Phone Communication (Clients provide Google Voice Phone Number)
- Provides customer service- Manage and organize files, records, and other documents to ensure that they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Internet-based research and collect data as needed to support various projects and initiatives.
- Light bookkeeping using Wave Accounting (reconciliation, sales report)
