Profile Description

With 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service representative, more than a year of experience as a Shift Lead, and almost 6 months of experience in being a Client Liaison Officer. Basically caters to guests, customers, and client's needs through phone, email, SMS and back-end admin jobs. Experiences as a Hotel receptionist using Cloudbeds, Newbook, RMS, and Little Hotelier, with a direct partnership with online travel agencies such as Agoda, Upgrade to see actual info, AirBnb and etc. Also has vast experience with locksmith dispatching using power dispatch and Workiz. I have been an office virtual receptionist as well for Law offices, healthcare agencies, gutter services and etc. I now work directly with clients to fix issues, integrate new processes, and provide overall service.
