A dedicated and reliable employee. Have worked for the BPO industry from 2016 to 2019. Has a strong background with customer service and admin tasks. An expert when it comes to multi-tasking and getting the job done in time. Excellent customer service, telephone, computer skills (Microsoft Office).
I took B.S Clinical Psychology but wasn’t able to finish but that doesn’t affect my work ethics.  I may not have enough experience with being a Virtual Assistant but I can make sure to adapt and learn quickly with whatever task or role I am given. 
I am exceptional and talented and has a very keen eye for details. 
I love talking to customers and love to be able to help them out. I also have the ability to communicate well with people within and outside the company.
I am really polite and can work well with others or as part of a team and I am a quick learner.
