I had worked in the BPO industry for 5 years before I dUpgrade to see actual info to enter the VA world. I worked with IQOR as a customer representative for almost 2 years. I'm also given the opportunity to be trained for leadership training and graduated with flying colors. After that, I worked with a financial account as a loan officer. I worked with them for 3 years. As a virtual assistant, my first job was with Premier Health Care Staffing Solutions as a full-desk recruiter, and my second job was with Virtual Staff LLC as an intake specialist. Recently, I worked with Elegant as an appointment scheduler. I do believe that my skills, hard work, and experiences would be an asset to my success in the VA world.
