Profile Description

Data Coordinator-As Data Coordinator my job is to focus on every lead and sure that I have cleared understanding for these categories:
Data Collection – Get as must Data as Possible and Build PID# with lots of great data:
1.    Email and phone numbers from the ISA, or Email or registration page
2.    Saved Searches setup – making sure they are receiving emails 3-4 times per week
3.    Additional Email addresses from Accurint
4.    Additional Phone numbers from Accurint
5.    Anything else you can get about the customer – notes & emails

Lead Sources – For Buyer Campaign:
a.    New Buyer leads coming into the company
b.    Buyer leads coming into the email account Upgrade to see actual info
c.    Buyers generated C21 Corporate
d.    Buyers generated Zillow
e.    Buyers generated from the Buyer ISA team (Tim)
f.    Buyers generated from calls into the company
g.    Buyers generated from mortgage partners
h.    Buyers we purchase from sources

Main Campaigns -- for Buyer Campaign Data Coordinator
1.    “Ocean-WA-Buyers” – list of all buyers we have collected over the years
a.    All of these need to be setup correctly
2.    “Asset Realty” – buyers who were orphaned &  abandoned by their Sales Agent
a.    We must do a better job to save these – move these back to the Buyer Ocean
b.    we must get them back to the Buyer Ocean
c.    We need to setup searches – lookup phone numbers – email addresses – etc
3.    “Not Interested Disposition”  – Agents will quickly move PID#’s to not interested
a.    If PID# is a buyer file – where the client was asking for info about a property
b.    We need to save these files – for the company
c.    Setup saved searches, lookup email addresses and phone numbers
d.   Then moved the PID#’s back to the Buyer Ocean


Document Analyst-Application of project specifications and updates in processing documents; Ensures compliance to Work Instruction; Compliance to productivity requirement of the assigned task/s; Disclosure of problems/concerns encountered that may hinder job 9?completion.
Worked on different projects that processes involved formatting or applying client-approved tags, coding, tagging, formatting, editing, parsing, scanning, website monitoring, indexing, and checking or validating of output for accuracy and consistency based on client’s specifications.

Web Researcher-We are getting information online, like email address, Contact Person, the correct address of the given name or given person. and the right title of the person.

Virtual Assistant-"Managing their social media accounts , LinkedIn, you tube)
I ensure assigned tasks are completed within the specific time and maximum numbers of errors or omissions."
