I had been worked in an accounting for for almost 3 years and handled 30 books, 25 as single proprietorship and 5 corporations. Records transactions in their journal books (registered with BIR also), may it be expenses, cash-in cash-out or Income. Transactions were also recorded in QuickBooks accounting system. Preparing documents as requirements for the application or renewal of Business Permit, DTI or for SEC. Preparing Financial Statements as attachment and required for the submission of Annual Income Tax. Monitoring Books of Accounts to be registered to BIR, for every accounts in the Company. I am also affiliated with a Financing Company where I handle all operations work. Records day-to-day transactions in the company's accounting system (offline and online), Preparing checks for the issuance of loan proceeds, payments for the expenses, incentives or any related matter. Preparing daily, weekly and month-end reports to be submitted to head office on or before the deadline. Preparing Financial Statements of the branch and making sure that all transactions for the month are being recorded properly and correct.

Records day-to-day transactions in the accounting system of the company. Compare bank book to what I recorded and reconcile any discrepancies in my recording and balance it accordingly. Double checking details and figures recorded and balance all transactions from bank to book and book to bank.

Preparing check issuances for the payment of expenses, loans and suppliers. Made schedule of payments to suppliers which the company acquired a heavy equipment for an installment basis.

Monitoring expenses and checking income of the company so we will not get a loss at the end of each month. Checking also budget given for the branch so we will not exceed to it. Preparing branch's Financial Statement to be submitted to head office on or before the deadline. Preparing cash flow of the branch at the end of each month and making sure it's balance.

I had handled 30 Books in an Accounting Firm for almost 3 years, 25 books for single proprietorships and 5 books for corporations. Computing and preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Income Tax to be submitted to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on or before the deadline. Encoding their data in the Bureau of Internal Revenue's offline system and printing them for a hard copy and forwarded to the next Department for payment to banks.
