I am working at home for eight years now and also have experienced as customer service representative in BPO company for 1 Year. I am very organized and determined who likes working in a busy customer service environment. In addition, I can work in stressful environment and can handle any amount of pressure. I am flexible with the work timing and do not have a problem doing night shifts as well and working on weekends. I am confident that I can become an important part of your organization. In my eight years working as Virtual Assistant I was able to learn different things like Data Entry/Web Searching/Telemarketing. As a telemarketer, I've been in different kind of campaigns like Medicare/Solar Panel/Real Estate B2B or B2C.I learned a lot f things like how to communicate properly with respect, how to build a good connection with my customer to start a good conversation and resolved they concern in a timely manner and even though I possessed these qualities I am willing to learn more and I am not intimidated in learning new things.
