Profile Description

Across HR and BD, my work is the same at its core: find the gaps, create structure, and make it repeatable. I build the systems and relationships that help ventures scale.

On the operations side, I design AI-augmented recruitment workflows, build and tune dedicated AI agents, and implement end-to-end automation that reduces manual overhead and enables leadership to make faster, higher-quality decisions. This has included redesigning a full recruitment pipeline with automated intake validation, AI-assisted screening summarization, SLA monitoring, and zero-click review experiences built for high-level decision-making.

On the commercial side, I lead market expansion by sourcing and qualifying partners, managing multi-stakeholder outreach across clinics, labs, and marketplace platforms, and driving relationships from first contact through to quotation and negotiation.

I specialize in translating complex operational and commercial gaps into concrete, testable processes. I work across Notion, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Greenhouse, Workable, and Asana, with hands-on experience building AI agents, scoping technical integrations, and managing high-volume pipelines across both functions.
