Project Estimator:
I play crucial role in providing accurate cost estimates to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints. I am responsible in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, collaboration with stakeholders, bid preparation and continuous learning to stay updated on industry needs. 

Construction Project-in-charge:
I oversees the entire construction project, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Include project planning, scheduling, budget management, quality control and on-site supervision to ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and within budget.

Assistant Operation Manager:
I can assist with planning and implementing operational strategies, managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with different departments, and analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas of improvement. This may be involve in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, as well as handling customer inquiries and resolving operational issues.
