I have been working in Customer Service Industry (BPO) for
almost 8 years handling different type of clients and accounts. (Technical
Account, Travel account for short term rental platform and handling US medical billing accounts.
I started working as a customer service representative in 2016 handling Samsung Technical support and Airbnb Case manager in 2018. 
I am an expert as well working in Revenue Cycle Management for US healthcare providers since 2019 specializing in AR Follow-up handing different type of providers for professional and facility claims. I am familiar with utilizing EHR's such as AthenaNet, Kareo, e360, ModMed, Pulse, NextGen and Gemms system. I've handled different areas of specialties of the providers such as behavioral, dermatology, plastic surgery, OB-GYN, dental and the like. Furthermore, I have experience processing Worker's Compensation, auto injury bills, commercial claims, and COVID-related services claims. And most specially, I am a HIPAA certified. The task I assigned and gained expertise in are the following: -Demographic entry, Insurance verification and eligibility, claims submission, payment posting, claims follow-up by calling the insurance or  web portal navigation, appeals and claims corrections management, ERA and EOB analysis.  
I'm good in talking to the clients or customers, managing emails, as well as corresponding with vendors and employees of other businesses
that I may be required to speak with on behalf of the company.
 I have received
English trainings, as well as technical trainings, cloud-based platforms and US
medical billing trainings because of my past call center experiences.
I am flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to
do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a
hard time contacting me.
You'll find that this is why I am efficient, and you can
rely on me anytime when it comes to work.
In any case you would require me to train a specific process
for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long-time doing
trainings with me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most clients
that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of
training or process that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires
minimum supervision once I've learned the process and the job.
