Graduated in Trinity University of Asia with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Mass communication Major in Broadcasting, I worked in Health Cube Greenhills as a Front Desk Officer. I enhanced my scheduling skills and customer service related skills, I also know some of medical terms and procedures. Then i worked as a Executive Assistant of the General Manager and OIC Corplanning Supervisor, which i enhanced my Excel and software skills, time management, book flights and manage the schedule of my boss, i also consolidate data's from different business units to present it in our CEO. taking minutes is also my job and proof reading. Then, i work in a Robinsons Bank as Institutional Sales Supervisor, I coordinate with clients and schedule meeting to offer them our loan program, I also present loan samples to Business Units of the Company, I arrange some of the documents like GIS, Loan Timeline, Business Permits and etc. I also worked in Sports Retailing as an Executive Assistant of the Chairman and CEO. My skills here are scheduling and flight bookings, Budget evaluation, Memo making, Annual Report consolidation. I accomplished the Rookie of the year award for being the most productive employee in our company, I also worked in Branded Lifestyle Inc. also known as Vision Express who catered the brands RayBan sunglasses, I’m the Executive Assistant of the Chairman and AVP an Indian Family who runs the business. There I assist in terms of business planning, taking minutes every meetings, client meetings, HR interviews, proofreading contracts. Then, I was hired in Qatar Airways as a Cabin Crew, then my current job is in Ventaja International Corporation as an Executive Assistant of the CEO and a Compliance Manager and a Graphic Artist, their I do the communication with oversees agents and partners, checking documentations for compliance, proof reading and making contracts, making presentations and also I do some photoshop editing of key visuals for Smart Communication company.
