Profile Description

I have a solid 9 years of experience in the customer service industry. My most recent job was as an admin assistant for a Real Estate company in the US. I've worked with Amazon Philippines as a Customer Service Associate. I also worked as a Technical Support Representative for a cable and internet provider. I could say that being in this kind of business for quite some time, I have already acquired very good communication skills. I also worked as a Secretary for a local real estate company for 2 yrs in which I have developed my skills in using some office programs (office, excel, PowerPoint). I am very organized, goal-driven, and a fast learner. I am hoping to find a full-time or a part-time job where I could utilize my skills and at the same time gain an extra income for my 2 kids.
